Charlottetown City Hall is easily accessible on foot from most downtown locations. From the Confederation Centre of the Arts, head south on Richmond Street towards the waterfront, then turn left onto Queen Street. Continue walking east for about 5 minutes, and you'll find City Hall on your right at 199 Queen St. The walk is relatively flat and offers a pleasant way to see the city.

T3 Transit provides public bus service in Charlottetown. Several bus routes serve the downtown area. From the Confederation Centre of the Arts, walk to the bus stop on Great George Street and take bus number 1 or 2 towards the downtown area. Get off at the stop closest to Queen Street, then walk east on Queen Street for about 2 minutes until you reach City Hall. A single fare is $2.25.
