St. Dunstan's Basilica is centrally located in downtown Charlottetown on Great George Street, making it easily accessible on foot from many points of interest. From the Confederation Centre of the Arts, walk east along Great George Street. From Peake's Wharf Historical Waterfront, walk north on Prince Street, then turn left onto Great George Street. The basilica will be on your right. No costs are associated with walking.
