    From the Gros Morne National Park Visitor Centre in Woody Point, head west on Route 430, then take the exit for Route 431 toward Bonne Bay. Continue on Route 431 for approximately 12 km until you see the Lookout Hills Trailhead on your right. Parking is available at the Discovery Centre.

  • Public Transport

    Take the bus service from Norris Point to Woody Point. From Woody Point, a taxi or rideshare can take you to the Lookout Hills Trailhead, approximately 12 km away. Expect a taxi fare of around CAD 30-40. Bus fare from Deer Lake to Woody Point is approximately CAD 25.

  • Park Entrance Fee

    To access the Lookout Hills Trail, you will need to purchase a park pass for Gros Morne National Park. A daily pass costs CAD 11.00 per adult. Family/group rates are available for CAD 22.00, covering up to seven people in the same vehicle. Alternatively, a Parks Canada Discovery Pass grants year-long access to over 80 Parks Canada sites for CAD 75.25.
