If you are driving from anywhere within Gulf Islands National Park Reserve, you will first need to take a ferry from one of the islands to Prince Edward Island. The most common route is to take a ferry from Salt Spring Island or Pender Island to Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island, then drive to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal and take the ferry to Duke Point. Once on the mainland, drive east towards Highway 1, then follow the signs for Highway 2 to reach Charlottetown. Once in Charlottetown, head to 145 Richmond St, where the Confederation Centre of the Arts is located. Note that ferry costs vary but typically range from $15 to $40 per vehicle.

For those using public transportation, you will first need to board a ferry from your island to Vancouver Island, then take a bus to Nanaimo and connect to another bus that goes to Tsawwassen.
