Walking
The SS Bigwin departs from the Dorset Public Dock on Main Street in Dorset, Ontario. From anywhere in the village, the dock is easily accessible on foot. From the Dorset Scenic Lookout Tower, follow the marked walking trail down Tower Hill to Main Street. The dock is located next to Robinson's General Store and the Lake of Bays Marine Museum.
Driving
If arriving by car, follow Highway 35 into Dorset. Parking is available at the Dorset Recreation Centre or at the baseball diamond on Main Street. During peak season, parking near the dock may be limited, so allow extra time to find a spot. From the parking areas, it is a short walk to the Dorset Public Dock.
