Free parking is available on-site, including electric car charging.

The Haliburton Post House, located on Kashagawigamog Lake, is a unique retreat in the Haliburton Highlands. The property's history began nearly a century ago with a single-family cottage. In 1947, a log post house, constructed from timber sourced on the property, was added. This building quickly became the heart of the lakeside escape.In 2018, new owners, familiar with the area, acquired the property and began restoring and enhancing it into a complete lakeside retreat. Today, the Haliburton Post House combines the comforts of a modern luxury resort with the charm of lakeside log cottages. The Post House offers accommodations in its Main Lodge and individual cottages. Guests can enjoy gourmet dining experiences with menus crafted by Executive Chef Dan Sanders, featuring fresh, local ingredients. The Post House has also earned accreditation from the Culinary Tourism Alliance.The Haliburton Post House provides a range of activities, including water sports from its waterfront dock and boathouse, a fitness studio with a sauna, and nearby attractions like the Haliburton Sculpture Forest and Abbey Gardens.
