Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Halifax Waterfront, head northeast along the boardwalk until you reach the end. From there, take a left onto Lower Water Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Barrington Street. Turn left on Barrington Street and proceed until you reach Spring Garden Road. Turn right onto Spring Garden Road and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with South Park Street. Victoria Park will be on your right, just a short walk down South Park Street.

  • Bus

    If you are near the Halifax Shopping Centre, take the Metro Transit bus route 1 or 80 heading towards the downtown area. Get off at the Spring Garden Road stop. From there, walk down Spring Garden Road until you reach South Park Street. Turn right onto South Park Street and you will find Victoria Park on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you are starting from the Dalhousie University area, head south on University Avenue towards South Park Street. Once you reach South Park Street, turn left and continue until you reach Victoria Park. There are bike racks available near the park for parking your bicycle.
