From the Halifax waterfront, follow the boardwalk south towards the Seaport Farmers' Market. Continue along the water, passing the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21. Follow the road as it curves around the south end of the city, with the water on your left. Continue along this road (Point Pleasant Drive) until you reach the park entrance.
