The clock tower will be visible on your left as you approach the top of the hill. The tour usually concludes near the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic on the waterfront. From the Old Town Clock, walk down to the waterfront via Sackville Street or Prince Street. The Maritime Museum is located at 1675 Lower Water Street. Walking from downtown to either location is free.
