Car
From any location in Laurentides, head south on Route 15 (Autoroute des Laurentides). Continue on Route 15 until you reach the junction with Autoroute 40. Merge onto Autoroute 40 East towards Montreal. Follow Autoroute 40 for about 50 km until you reach the exit for Autoroute 25 South. Take Autoroute 25 South towards Montreal. After crossing the Jacques Cartier Bridge, take the exit for Boulevard de Maisonneuve. Continue on Boulevard de Maisonneuve and turn left onto Pierre-de Coubertin Ave. The Montreal Olympic Park will be on your left at 4545 Pierre-de Coubertin Ave, Montreal, Quebec H1V 3N7. Note that parking is available, but may incur a fee depending on the time of day.

Public Transportation
To reach the Montreal Olympic Park via public transportation, start by taking a bus or train from your location in Laurentides to the Mont-Saint-Hilaire train station. From there, board a train on the Exo line towards Central Station in Montreal. Once you arrive at Central Station, transfer to the Metro by following the signs to the Bonaventure station. Take the Green Line (Line 1) towards Angrignon and transfer at Berri-UQAM station to the Orange Line (Line 2) towards Côte-Vertu. Get off at the Jean-Drapeau station. From Jean-Drapeau station, exit and take the 125 bus towards Viau. Get off at the stop for Pierre-de Coubertin Ave. The Olympic Park will be a short walk away.
