Depending on your location within the park, navigate towards the exit of the park that leads to PE-6 North. Once you are on PE-6, drive for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will see a sign for Avonlea Village on your right, located at 8779 PE-6, New Glasgow, PE C0A 1N0. Look for the big Parks Canada sign at the entrance to help guide you.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, check with local bus services for routes that connect Prince Edward Island National Park to New Glasgow. The nearest bus stops may require you to walk to the main road (PE-6). Once you arrive at the bus stop along PE-6, look for a bus that goes towards New Glasgow, or specifically to Avonlea Village.
