If you are driving from any location in Montérégie, you can take the Autoroute 20 (A20) towards Montreal. Follow the signs for A40 West (Autoroute 40). Continue on A40 until you reach the exit for Rue de l'Anse (exit 40). Turn left onto Rue de l'Anse, which eventually becomes Chemin Sainte-Marie, and continue straight until you reach Pine Street. Turn right onto Pine Street, and Morgan Arboretum will be on your left at 150 Pine St, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC H9X 3L2. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Morgan Arboretum via public transport, take the train from any station in Montérégie to the Vaudreuil station on the Vaudreuil–Hudson line.
