Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Montreal. Depending on your starting point in Montérégie, you can take Autoroute 20 or Autoroute 30 to reach the island of Montreal. Follow the signs for Ville-Marie and then take the exit towards Rue Saint-Jacques. Once you are on Rue Saint-Jacques, continue until you reach Côte de la Place d’Armes. The destination will be on your right. Parking is available in nearby lots, but may incur a fee, generally around CAD 10-20 depending on the duration.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Exo train service from different points in Montérégie (like Brossard or Longueuil) to downtown Montreal. Get off at the Bonaventure station. From there, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take the Metro. If walking, head north on Rue de la Montagne until you reach Rue Saint-Jacques, then turn left. If taking the Metro, board the Orange Line towards Côte-Vertu and get off at the Place-d'Armes station. From the station, it's a short walk east on Rue Saint-Jacques to Côte de la Place d’Armes.
Taxi/Ride-Sharing
Another convenient option is to use a taxi or ride-sharing service like Uber. Simply input 'Côte de la Place d’Armes and Rue Saint-Jacques, Montreal, Quebec' as your destination. The fare will vary depending on your starting location in Montérégie, but you can expect to pay around CAD 30-50 for a ride from central locations.
