If you're starting from Berri-UQAM Station, take the Green Line (Line 1) towards Angrignon. Get off at the next stop, which is Bonaventure Station. Once you exit the station, take the escalators up to street level. You'll be on Rue de la Gauchetière. Turn left and walk west until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Cathédrale. Turn right onto Rue de la Cathédrale and continue walking until you reach Place du Canada on your right.

From the Old Port, take the 715 bus from the 'De la Commune / McGill' stop towards 'Boul. de Maisonneuve / Guy'. Get off at the stop 'Boul. de Maisonneuve / Peel'. From there, walk north on Rue Peel until you reach Rue de la Cathédrale. Turn left and walk west until you arrive at Place du Canada, which will be on your right.

If you are near the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, start at the museum entrance and head south on Rue Sherbrooke. Turn right onto Rue de la Cathédrale and continue walking straight. You will see Place du Canada on your left as you approach the intersection with René-Lévesque Boulevard.
