Metro
Take the Metro Orange Line towards Côte-Vertu. Get off at Jean-Drapeau station. Once you exit the station, head towards the Parc Jean-Drapeau, where the Biosphere is located. Follow the signs to the Biosphere, which is situated on Île Sainte-Hélène.
Bus
From downtown Montreal, take the STM bus number 167 towards Parc Jean-Drapeau. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Biosphère' stop, which is located right next to the museum. You will see the distinctive dome of the Biosphere.
Walking
If you are near Old Montreal, you can walk to the Biosphere. Head south towards the St. Lawrence River, and walk along the waterfront until you reach the Jacques Cartier Bridge. Cross the bridge on foot, and once you are on Île Sainte-Hélène, follow the signs to the Biosphere, which will be a short walk from the bridge.
