Getting There

Walking
From Mile End, head south on Avenue du Parc. Walk straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenue Mont-Royal. Turn left onto Avenue Mont-Royal and continue walking towards the Mont Royal Park entrance. Look for the signs directing you to Olmsted Trail, which will lead you up the mountain towards the Cross.

From Mile End, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenue du Parc. You can take the 11 bus heading south. Ride the bus for approximately 5-10 minutes until you reach the stop at Mont-Royal and Parc. From there, follow the signs for Mont Royal Park and make your way to Olmsted Trail. Please note that the bus fare is around CAD 3.50 for a single ride.

Walk to the Mont-Royal Metro Station, which is about a 15-minute walk from Mile End. Take the Green Line (Line 1) towards Angrignon and get off at the Mont-Royal station. Exit the station and walk towards Avenue du Parc. From there, head south until you reach the entrance of Mont Royal Park, then follow the signs to Olmsted Trail. Metro fare is approximately CAD 3.50 for a single ride.
