Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Montreal Metro, take the Orange Line to Berri-UQAM station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head northeast on Rue Berri. Continue walking until you reach Rue Mont-Royal, then turn left. Follow Rue Mont-Royal until you reach Avenue Calixa-Lavallée. Turn right on Avenue Calixa-Lavallée, and you will see La Fontaine Park on your left. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 km and should take around 20 minutes.

    From any location in Plateau-Mont-Royal, you can take the STM bus number 24, which runs along Avenue Mont-Royal. Get on the bus heading east and ride until you reach the stop at Avenue Calixa-Lavallée. Once you get off, La Fontaine Park will be right across the street. The bus fare is $3.50 CAD, and the ride will take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
