If you're coming from St. John's, head west on Route 1 for about 300 kilometers until you reach the exit for Route 340 towards Gander/Clarenville. Take Route 340 until it intersects with Route 1 again, then follow Route 1 North until you reach the exit for Route 390 towards Leading Tickles. Follow Glovers Harbour Rd for about 5 kilometers and the Giant Squid Interpretation Site will be on your right.

You may need to take a bus from St. John's to Gander or Clarenville, as these are major hubs. From Gander, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service to reach Leading Tickles.
