From Niagara Falls, head to the closest bus station, which is the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal, located at 3540 Portage Rd. Take the GO Transit Bus towards St. Catharines. You will need to transfer at the St. Catharines Bus Terminal. Once there, switch to the Niagara Region Transit bus route 12, which goes towards Vineland. Get off at the stop closest to Kacaba Vineyards and Winery, which is on King St. The winery is a short walk from the bus stop.
