Walking
If you are starting from the Niagara Falls Visitor Center, exit the center and head west on Falls Avenue toward the Niagara Parkway. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Niagara River Parkway. Turn right onto Niagara River Parkway and walk north for approximately 1.5 km (about 20-25 minutes). You will pass beautiful views of the river along the way. The Power Generating Plants Lookout is located at 8001 Niagara River Pkwy, which will be on your left just before the intersection with River Road.
