Getting There

• Car

  To reach Fort Drummond by car, start at the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge, which connects the U.S. and Canada. Once you cross into Canada, follow the signs for Niagara Parkway (Niagara River Pkwy). Continue on the Niagara Parkway for approximately 5 kilometers until you arrive at the Fort Drummond site located at 〒L0S 1L0, Niagara River Pkwy, Queenston. You will find parking available nearby, but please note that it may be limited.

• Public Transportation

  If you are using public transportation, you can take the Niagara Region Public Transit bus from Niagara Falls or St. Catharines to the Queenston area. Look for the bus route that services Niagara-on-the-Lake. Once you arrive in Queenston, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers along the Niagara Parkway to reach Fort Drummond.   If you are staying nearby in Queenston, Fort Drummond is accessible by walking. From the Queenston Heights Park area, head south towards the Niagara Parkway and follow the path along the river. The walk is approximately 1.5 kilometers and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain may vary.
