If you are driving from any location within the Niagara Peninsula, navigate to the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) and head towards Niagara Falls. Follow the signs for Niagara Falls, NY. Once you reach the U.S. border, you will need to show your identification and possibly pay a border crossing fee. After crossing into the U.S., continue on the Niagara Falls Boulevard until you reach the intersection with 360 Great Lakes. The Aquarium of Niagara: Great Lakes 360 will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, but note that there may be a parking fee.

If you prefer public transportation, take the GO Transit bus from various locations in the Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls, ON. From there, transfer to a local bus that crosses the border into the U.S. (check for the bus schedule in advance). Once in Niagara Falls, NY, use the local NFTA bus service, which has a route that stops near the Aquarium of Niagara: Great Lakes 360. Be sure to carry some cash for bus fares and the potential border crossing fee.
