From Niagara Falls, take the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW) towards Toronto. Follow signs for the QEW and merge onto it. Continue on the QEW for approximately 27 kilometers (17 miles) until you reach the exit for the Peace Bridge. Pay the toll for crossing the bridge into the United States, which is typically around $3.00 (USD). After crossing the bridge, continue straight onto I-190 N. Take exit 6 for South Park Avenue (NY-5) and turn right. The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens will be on your right at 2655 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY 14218.
