Car
If you're driving from Niagara Falls, head west on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW). Follow the signs for Fort Erie and the USA border. Once you're near the border, take the exit for the Peace Bridge that leads into Buffalo, NY. After crossing the Peace Bridge, continue on I-190 N. Take exit 6 for NY-5 E toward downtown Buffalo. Merge onto NY-5 E and continue until you reach the intersection with Marina Park South. Turn left on Marina Park South, and you'll find Buffalo Naval Park at 1 Naval, Marina Park S, Buffalo, NY 14202. Be aware that tolls apply when crossing the Peace Bridge, approximately $4.00 for cars.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Niagara Falls, take the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) bus number 40 towards the Buffalo Metro Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Buffalo Metro Bus Terminal, transfer to the NFTA bus number 19 that heads towards the Buffalo Waterfront. Get off at the stop closest to Marina Park South. From there, it's a short walk to Buffalo Naval Park located at 1 Naval, Marina Park S, Buffalo, NY 14202.

If you're near the Niagara Falls Train Station, you can take an Amtrak train to Buffalo Exchange Street Station. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Buffalo Exchange Street Station, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to Buffalo Naval Park, which is about a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, you could also take the NFTA bus number 19 from the Buffalo Metro Bus Terminal after transferring from the train station.
