This was one of the BEST tour we've ever been on & MOSTLY DUE TO THE EXCELLENCE OF OUR GUIDE SHELLEY RAMSEYER! She made sure we had all the information about each of the stops we were going to as well as lots of scenic item along the way for BOTH THE USA & TORONTO as well as using her vast knowledge and personal history of living on both sides of the river & was visibly excited to give us a superb tour! Grey Lines is extremely lucky to have her as the best guide I've met & we've been traveling extensively around the world for the last 10 years. THANK YOU SHELLEY

Tour of Niagara Falls with Cruise and Lunch from Toronto
Had an amazing time at...
Had an amazing time at the Falls, Maple Candy shop and stop in Niagara on the Lake. Buffet at the Sheraton was okay. Food was fine but we were basically told loudly where we were allowed to sit and it wasn’t looking at the falls. Nothing for my grandson to drink except water. An extra charge of $5 if he wanted a pop. They didn’t offer milk or chocolate milk or juice. Had to walk over and ask if I could have a coffee. Only part of the entire trip that wasn’t pleasant. I did a 3 week bus trip last year (around New Zealand) and we were welcomed at every lunch and dinner stop.
