Car
From Iqaluit, drive west on Federal Road. After approximately 3 km, turn left onto Apex Road. Follow Apex Road until you reach the parking area for Apex Trail, located at the end of the road. This drive should take around 10 minutes.
Public Transportation
Use the local bus service in Iqaluit. Board the bus heading towards Apex. The bus will take you to the end of Apex Road, where you can access the trail. Confirm the schedule with local transit authorities as the frequency may vary.
Walking
If you are already near Apex Road, you can walk from the main part of Iqaluit. It is approximately a 3 km walk which will take around 30-40 minutes. Follow Federal Road west until you reach Apex Road, then turn left and proceed to the trailhead.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi from Iqaluit to Apex Trail. It is advisable to call a local taxi service or ask your accommodation to arrange one for you. The taxi ride will take around 10 minutes and should cost approximately CAD 20-30, depending on the taxi company and traffic conditions.
