Continue on A-5 until you reach the exit for Route 148. Take Route 148 West towards Luskville. After about 10 kilometers, turn left onto Champlain Parkway. Follow Champlain Parkway for approximately 5 kilometers to reach Champlain Lookout. There is no entry fee for the lookout.
