If you are traveling by car, start by accessing Autoroute 5 (A-5) from any point in the Ottawa Valley. Follow the signs for Gatineau and then merge onto A-5 North. Continue on A-5 until you reach the exit for Route 148. Take Route 148 West towards Luskville. After about 10 kilometers, turn left onto Champlain Parkway. Follow Champlain Parkway for approximately 5 kilometers to reach Champlain Lookout. There is no entry fee for the lookout.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Ottawa to Gatineau. You can catch a bus at the Ottawa Bus Station. Look for the route that goes to Gatineau, and get off at the Gatineau Bus Station. From there, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to get to Champlain Lookout, as there are limited public transport options directly to this destination. Expect taxi fares to be around CAD 30-40 from the Gatineau Bus Station to Champlain Lookout.
