Car

If you're driving, start from the Byward Market area. Head southwest on Rideau Street towards Sussex Drive. Continue on Sussex Drive, then turn left onto Mackenzie Avenue. Major's Hill Park will be on your left, just across from the Fairmont Château Laurier hotel. Look for the park entrance at the intersection of Mackenzie Avenue and Wellington Street.

Take the OC Transpo bus route 1 or 7 from anywhere in Ottawa. If you're starting from the downtown area, board the bus at a stop on Rideau Street.
