Getting There

• Car

  To reach Petrie Island Park using public transit, you can take the OC Transpo bus. From downtown Ottawa, board bus route 94 towards Orleans. Get off at the stop at Trim and Innes. From there, transfer to bus route 30 towards Orleans (or another local route that services Tweddle Rd). Get off at the closest stop to Tweddle Road. From there, it is a short walk to the park entrance at 727 Tweddle Rd, Orléans, ON K4A 3P4.   For those looking to bike, you can use the Ottawa River Pathway which connects to various trails in the city.   If you are staying nearby in Orleans, Petrie Island Park is a beautiful place to walk to. You can walk along local streets or paths leading to Tweddle Road. Please ensure you have a map or GPS on hand, as some routes may not be directly marked. The park is open daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, so plan your walk accordingly.
