Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the ByWard Market area, head southeast on William Street. Continue straight until you reach Sussex Drive. Turn left onto Sussex Drive, and you will see Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica on your right at 385 Sussex Drive after about a 10-minute walk.

  • Public Transit (Bus)

    From the Rideau Centre, take bus route 1 or 7 from the bus terminal located on the ground level of the shopping centre. Ride the bus for 3 stops and get off at the 'Dalhousie' stop. Walk east on St. Patrick Street, then turn left on Sussex Drive. The cathedral will be on your right.
