From Westboro, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the OC Transpo bus number 2 towards St. Laurent. Ride for about 15-20 minutes, and get off at the 'Rideau Centre / ByWard Market' stop. From there, walk southeast on Rideau Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Mackenzie Avenue. Turn right onto Mackenzie Avenue and walk for another 5 minutes to arrive at Major's Hill Park.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental service in Westboro. Start by heading south on Richmond Road towards the Ottawa River. Follow the path along the river until you reach the intersection with Wellington Street. Turn left onto Wellington Street and continue until you reach Mackenzie Avenue. Turn right onto Mackenzie Avenue, and Major's Hill Park will be on your left. The ride should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

For those who enjoy walking, you can make your way to Major's Hill Park by following this route: Start at the intersection of Richmond Road and Churchill Avenue. Walk south on Churchill Avenue until you reach the Ottawa River pathway. Follow the pathway east until you reach the intersection with Wellington Street. Turn left onto Wellington Street and continue until you reach Mackenzie Avenue. Turn right onto Mackenzie Avenue, and Major's Hill Park will be on your left. The walk will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your pace.
