Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from the Old Quebec area, head east on Rue Saint-Louis until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Montagne. Turn left on Rue de la Montagne and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rue Champlain. Turn right onto Rue Champlain. The Cap-Blanc Stairs will be on your right at 540 Champlain St. It's a short walk, approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

Public Transit (Bus)

From the Old Quebec area, walk to the nearest bus stop on Rue Sainte-Anne. Take bus number 11 towards 'Les Saules'. Get off at the stop named 'Champlain'. From there, walk back along Rue Champlain for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Cap-Blanc Stairs at 540 Champlain St. The total travel time is approximately 30-40 minutes including waiting time for the bus.

Walking

If you are near the Plains of Abraham, exit the park towards Rue d'Auteuil. Continue straight until you hit Rue Saint-Jean, then turn right. Walk straight until you reach Rue de la Montagne, turn left and walk down until you get to Rue Champlain. Turn right, and you will find Cap-Blanc Stairs at 540 Champlain St. This route takes about 25 minutes.
