Public Transport
From downtown Québec City, the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) offers several bus routes to Montmorency Falls. The #800 bus towards Beauport is a direct option, with a stop at 'des Rapides'. From there, it's a short walk to the top of the falls. Alternatively, bus #2562 from Gare-Palais station also takes you to 'des Rapides'. A single fare costs approximately $3.50 CAD.
Taxi/Ride-share
Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available in Québec City. A taxi ride from downtown Québec City to Montmorency Falls typically takes around 15 minutes and costs between $30-$40 CAD. Note that prices may vary depending on traffic and time of day.
Driving
From Québec City, take Autoroute 440 East. Exit at 325 for Montmorency Falls. There are three main parking areas: one at the base of the falls near the Visitor Center (5300 Bd Sainte-Anne), and two at the top near Manoir Montmorency (2490 Ave Royale). Parking fees vary depending on the season but typically cost around $7.57 CAD. Free parking can be found on streets behind the McDonald's on top of the falls.
