Getting There

  If you are in Old Quebec, the best way to reach Place d'Armes is by walking. Start at the Château Frontenac, a prominent landmark. From the front of the Château, head south down Rue des Carrières. Continue straight until you reach Rue Saint-Jean, then turn left. Walk until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Montagne, where you will see a sign directing you to Place d'Armes. Follow the signs; the park will be on your right a short distance down the road.

  If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a local bus. Look for the nearest bus stop, which is often located near major landmarks like the Château Frontenac or Place Royale. Take Bus 11 or 21 towards Montmorency. You will need to pay a fare of approximately CAD $3.50 (exact change required).
