Car
If you are traveling by car, start from downtown Quebec City. Head northeast on Boulevard René-Lévesque Est toward Avenue du Palais. Continue onto Rue de la Couronne and then merge onto Autoroute 440 Est. After about 10 km, merge onto Autoroute 40 Est towards Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. After approximately 5 km, take exit 319 for Route 138 toward Beauport. Continue on Route 138 for about 7 km until you see the signs for Montmorency Falls Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance. Note that there is a parking fee of approximately CAD 10 per vehicle.
Public Transportation
To reach Montmorency Falls via public transportation, start at the central bus terminal in Quebec City. Board the bus number 800 or 801 towards Beauport. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the Montmorency Falls stop. From there, you will need to walk about 15 minutes to the park entrance. Be aware that the bus fare costs around CAD 3.50 each way.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi or rideshare service from your location in Quebec City. This option is convenient and will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The fare typically ranges from CAD 30 to CAD 50, depending on your starting point and demand.
