If you are near downtown Regina, you can take the Route 6 bus towards Southland Park. Board the bus at any stop along the route and ride until you reach the stop at Albert Street & 25th Avenue. From there, walk south along Albert Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the Royal Saskatchewan Museum at 2445 Albert St. The museum will be on your left side.

If you are at the nearby Wascana Park, walk east towards Albert Street, then head north along Albert until you reach the museum.
