If you are in downtown Regina, start at Victoria Park, located at 2150 Scarth St. Head south on Scarth Street towards 23rd Avenue. Turn left (east) onto 23rd Avenue and continue until you reach Wascana Drive. Turn right (south) onto Wascana Drive. Follow Wascana Drive, which will curve around Wascana Lake. Continue walking until you reach the entrance to Wascana Hill, which is near the intersection of Wascana Drive and College Avenue. Look for the sign that indicates the entrance to the park.

From downtown Regina, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Board the Route 7 bus heading towards 'Eastview'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Wascana Park' stop. From there, walk east towards the lake. Follow the path around the lake until you reach the entrance to Wascana Hill, situated near the intersection of Wascana Drive and College Avenue.
