If you are in downtown Regina, start at Victoria Park, located at 2150 Scarth St. Head south on Scarth Street towards 23rd Avenue. Turn left (east) onto 23rd Avenue and continue until you reach Wascana Drive. Turn right (south) onto Wascana Drive. Follow Wascana Drive, which will curve around Wascana Lake.
