From downtown Regina, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the corner of 12th Avenue and Scarth Street. Take bus number 1 towards Eastview. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Arcola Avenue and Victoria Avenue. From there, transfer to bus number 2 towards the University of Regina. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Ring Road. Walk north on Ring Road for about 10 minutes until you reach Regina Sign, which is located at 50.5222731 latitude and -104.6602947 longitude.

Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Wascana Park, start at the park's main entrance on Albert Street. Walk east along the pathway towards the Saskatchewan Legislative Building. Continue walking east until you reach McDonald Street, then turn left and head north. Follow McDonald Street until you reach Ring Road. At Ring Road, turn right and walk for about 15 minutes until you see the Regina Sign on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from downtown Regina and head east on 11th Avenue towards Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Victoria Avenue. Turn left onto Victoria Avenue and follow it until you reach Ring Road. Turn left again and bike north for about 20 minutes. The Regina Sign will be visible to your left as you approach it.
