From any point in the Warehouse District, head south towards Saskatchewan Drive. Once you reach Saskatchewan Drive, turn left (east) and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the corner of Albert Street; when you reach it, turn left (north) onto Albert Street. The Royal Saskatchewan Museum will be on your right at 2445 Albert St. The walk is approximately 1.2 kilometers and should take about 15-20 minutes.
