From downtown Saskatoon, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch Bus #3 (Civic Centre) or Bus #21 (Sask Polytechnic). Both buses will take you towards Wanuskewin. If you're on Bus #3, ride until the 'Civic Centre' stop, then transfer to Bus #21. If you started on Bus #21, stay on until you reach the 'Wanuskewin Heritage Park' stop. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.
