If you're starting from Union Station, take the PATH system (an underground pedestrian walkway) to access the subway. From Union Station, follow the signs to the subway and board the Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway heading north. After one stop, get off at the next station, which is St. Andrew Station. From there, exit the station and walk west along King Street until you reach the intersection with Bay Street. Turn right on Bay Street and continue walking until you reach the waterfront area.

From the intersection of King Street and Bay Street, you can catch the 504 King streetcar heading west. Ride the streetcar for about 5 stops and get off at the stop near Spadina Avenue. After exiting, walk south towards the waterfront. You will be able to see the Toronto Railway Museum located at 255 Bremner Blvd. Follow the signs leading to the museum.

If you're staying in the downtown area, you can easily walk to the Toronto Railway Museum. Simply head south from any point in downtown Toronto until you reach Bremner Blvd. Once you reach Bremner Blvd, turn left and walk east. The museum is located at 255 Bremner Blvd, right near the Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. It should take about 15-20 minutes of walking.

From various locations in Toronto, you can reach a nearby bus stop that services the area. For example, if you're near the Eaton Centre, take the 121 Fort York-Esplanade bus. You will need to ride for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the Fort York Blvd and Bremner Blvd stop. After getting off, walk east along Bremner Blvd for a few minutes, and you will arrive at the Toronto Railway Museum at 255 Bremner Blvd.
