From the Distillery District, exit the area by heading north towards Mill Street. Continue walking straight along Mill Street until you reach the intersection with Front Street East. Turn right onto Front Street East and walk until you reach Cherry Street. At Cherry Street, turn left and continue walking until you reach Gristmill Lane. The Haunted Walk of Toronto is located at 11 Gristmill Lane, which is a short walk from the Distillery District.

Public Transit - Streetcar
If you prefer to take public transportation, you can catch the 504 King Streetcar at the nearest stop along King Street East. Board the streetcar heading towards the east (to Broadview). After about 5 stops, get off at the Cherry Street stop. From there, walk south on Cherry Street until you reach Gristmill Lane. Turn right onto Gristmill Lane, and The Haunted Walk of Toronto will be on your left at 11 Gristmill Lane. Note that a single ride on the streetcar costs $3.25 CAD.
