Beach day Sandbanks Provincial Park

Superb beach, you would think you were in the south

$21 just to enter and park. Lakeshore Beach; Super beautiful beaches, nice soft sand. The water is turquoise; if it weren't for the cold water in July, you could think you were in the south. Everyone advised me to book my parking 5 days in advance, but since the weather wasn't nice and it wasn't hot, 21 degrees, I didn't do it. By going early at 10 a.m. there was still space and not many people, except when we left around 3:30 p.m. it was starting to get full. We couldn't even see the dunes, no more space. We went to the little snack bar on Outlet Beach, there were good sponsors. The wrap and onion rings are good for $17.50, but the poutine is made with breakfast potatoes with smoked meat gravy for $18.50, and you shouldn't be in a hurry, lots of people and waiting. There are tables outside and inside. We were lucky to find a parking space.
