If you're driving, start from the nearest major city, Brandon. Head north on Provincial Road 10 (PR 10) for about 70 kilometers until you reach the junction with Highway 1. Turn right onto Highway 1 and continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit for PR 5 towards Neepawa. Follow PR 5 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the community of Kinosota. Continue on the main road through Kinosota, and you will find the Kinosao Trail entrance on the right side. Look for signs indicating the trailhead.
