Public Transit - Bus
If you are starting from downtown Winnipeg, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus route 47 (St. Boniface) or 19 (Balmoral). These buses will take you directly to the St. Boniface area. Get off at the stop near Tache Avenue. Once you exit the bus, walk east on Tache Avenue for about 5 minutes. Laverendrye Park will be on your left. Look for the parking lot entrance as a landmark.

If you are in the St. Boniface area, simply walk towards Tache Avenue. If you're near the Forks, it's about a 20-minute walk. Head east along the riverwalk until you reach the Provencher Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Tache Avenue. Turn left and walk about 5 minutes; Laverendrye Park will be on your left.
