Julio Ortiz de Zárate crafted the stone portico, the wrought iron gate, and the cedar door. The tower, though unfinished, stands 20 meters high and is a notable feature of the house.Declared a National Monument in 1997, Casa de los Diez now functions as a cultural center, hosting art exhibitions, workshops, and events.
