If you're traveling by car from Aconcagua Valley to La Moneda Palace in Santiago, start by heading south on Route 5 (Pan-American Highway). Continue on Route 5 for approximately 90 kilometers (56 miles) until you reach the outskirts of Santiago. Take the exit toward Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (also known as 'Alameda'), which is the main avenue in Santiago. Follow Alameda until you reach the intersection with Calle Moneda. Turn right onto Calle Moneda, and you will find La Moneda Palace at the end of the street. There are parking options nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

For those using public transportation, begin your journey by taking a bus from Aconcagua Valley to Santiago. Buses are available from various towns in the valley, such as Los Andes or San Felipe, to the Santiago Terminal. The bus ride typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours and costs approximately CLP 4,000 to CLP 6,000 (around USD 5 to 7). Upon arriving at the Santiago Terminal, you can take the Metro (Line 1, the Red Line) from 'Pajaritos' station toward 'Los Dominicos' and get off at 'La Moneda' station. From the metro station, La Moneda Palace is just a short walk away. Follow the signs to exit toward Calle Moneda.
