Walking
If you are in the central area of Arica, start at Plaza Colón. From there, head south on Avenida San Marcos for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Tucapel. Turn left onto Calle Tucapel and continue for another 400 meters. You will see Lauca Park on your right at Tucapel 2101. It’s a pleasant walk, and you can enjoy the local atmosphere along the way.
Public Bus
Find the nearest bus stop on Avenida San Marcos. Take any bus that heads towards the city outskirts (look for buses heading towards 'Cerro de la Cruz'). After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop on Tucapel. From there, walk about 150 meters north on Calle Tucapel, and you will arrive at Lauca Park located at Tucapel 2101.

You can easily find a taxi in the central area of Arica, such as near Plaza Colón. Tell the driver to take you to Lauca Park at Tucapel 2101. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare beforehand.
