Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Plaza Colón, head southeast on Avenida Libertad towards Calle Colón. Continue straight along Avenida Libertad until you reach the intersection with Avenida 18 de Septiembre. Turn left onto Avenida 18 de Septiembre and walk straight until you reach the coast. Once you reach the beach, follow the shoreline to your right until you arrive at the Port of Arica, located at Máximo Lira 389.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the central bus terminal in Arica, take a local bus that is heading towards the coast. You can ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the Port of Arica. The bus will stop near the intersection of Avenida 18 de Septiembre and the coast. From there, it’s a short walk to the port, following the shoreline to the left.

  • Taxi or Rideshare
