From Santiago, take Route 5 south towards Puerto Montt. After passing Puerto Varas, take Route 225 towards Ensenada. Continue on Route 225 until you reach the entrance to Mylodon Cave Natural Monument. There is a parking area where you can leave your car and then follow the signs to the cave entrance.
